I was moved by this company on 1st July and damage was done to my precious furniture, I am still waiting for the insurance form to complete and I am extremely angry that this company cannot be bothered to help me get a french polisher out to make my furniture good again - what a bunch of amatuers

This company is totally inept. Try to charge twice as much as other companies and then don't turn up on the day they promised. They use the excuse that their vehicle broke down and after trying to get a mechanic in to fix it MIGHT be with you in two hours? When you complain they say " right we are not going to deliver at all" cancelling the contract, and pocketing their so called 50% cash (100% compared to all other companies).
Would definitely not recommend this company. You can't trust them. APPALLING!!!

We had the same company booked for last Tuesday 1 May 2012 and exactly the same thing happened to us - they did not arrive, but just sent us an e-mail informing us that their transport had broken down and that they could not move us that day. They also had a 50% deposit from us, as well as £200 in cash on Monday 30 April 2012, the day they came to pack up our house. They arrived in a BMW convertible, with the boxes in the boot. They ran out of boxes and also did not bring any portable wardrobes for hanging clothing.
I have sent them a formal e-mail asking them for our deposit back and also 50% of our costs for having to get another removal company to move us. I'm still awaiting a response. Also - all of the contact numbers I can find for this company are no longer in use. Next step - Trading Standards and Watchdog.
