claims to move horses throughout Europe but despite having the paperwork ready for a week he does not turn up. Not only that he says he will come and then does not telephone to say he is not coming. for a week we wait in France for him to collect horses for Spain. Each day he has storms, bad traffic and each day we cannot contact him. He has not rung us once to say he will be delayed or cannot make it. In fact once he got the money from the clients he never rang full stop,just went off back to Germany for a while and stayed there.
