Your service is very poor.
I've sent a parcel from Sharjah to Kerala on 25th Feb 2011 and till toady (15th march) it did not reach the destination, in spite of your promised 20 days delivery. Every time my friends in Sharjah call, you give wrong information and hopes. Now its time for me to go back and i don think i will get it before i leave.
I'm very much upset and i won't be using your service again.
